Clause 1.1

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any feature of the 499bej platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 499bej reserves the right to request official age-verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held on account will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, minus any winnings generated.

Clause 1.2

Geographic Eligibility

The 499bej platform is operated for the entertainment of players based in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Clause 1.3

Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are acting in your own personal capacity, that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you are not acting on behalf of a third party. Players who are employees, contractors, officers, directors, or agents of 499bej or of any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processor partner may not hold a player account or place any wager on the platform.

Clause 2.1

Registration Information

When registering a 499bej account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, false identity, or another person's details. 499bej reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where the information provided is found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.

Clause 2.2

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 499bej account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that player will be suspended pending review. Any balances or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts may be forfeited in accordance with 499bej's anti-fraud policy.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

499bej operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any point 499bej deems necessary, you may be required to provide supporting identity documents. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladesh passport
• Driver's licence issued by BRTA
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

You must notify 499bej support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Clause 3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

499bej accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved local bank transfer channels. Clause 3.2

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Clause 3.3

Withdrawal Processing

Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Clause 3.4

Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name and that you are the rightful owner of. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted. Where third-party funding is detected, the deposit will be voided, any associated winnings will be forfeited, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Clause 4.1

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers available on 499bej are subject to individual terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requirements include: the player must hold a fully verified account; the player must not have previously abused bonus conditions; and the player must opt in to the specific promotion where opt-in is required. 499bej reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Clause 4.2

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Where a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited at 499bej's discretion. Clause 4.3

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the 499bej bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome ("arbitrage"), or making low-risk wagers that do not reflect genuine gameplay — constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, 499bej reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, close the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn as a result of abusive activity.

Clause 5.1

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and valid once you have received a confirmation reference from 499bej and the relevant funds have been deducted from your account balance. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — whether due to network interruption, insufficient balance, or a technical fault — are not valid and do not constitute a binding wager. 499bej is not liable for bets that fail to complete due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

Clause 5.2

Errors and Obvious Mistakes

499bej reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds price that was published in error, including human data-entry errors, feed errors from odds providers, or software malfunctions that resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and the original stake returned to the player's account. No compensation for anticipated winnings will be paid where an error price has been applied.

Clause 5.3

Match and Event Cancellation

If a sporting event or match for which a pre-match bet was placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying period has elapsed (as defined in the sport-specific betting rules), all affected bets will be voided and the stake returned to the player. For in-play bets placed after the event has commenced, settlement will be based on the result at the time of suspension unless otherwise stated in the applicable sport rules.

Platform Ownership

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Platform Availability

499bej makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Suspension or Closure by 499bej

Clause 10.2

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the 499bej platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 499bej with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
